Granite Tile Automatic line Polishing Machine

    This automatic granite slab polishing machine, designed to meet both domestic and international market demands, employs advanced domestic design and an automatic control system. The machine boasts stable performance, high output, and a low failure rate. It utilizes standard grade castings and steel, along with renowned domestic and international electrical components and bearings. The control system employs PLC control, with parameter settings via an LCD touchscreen interface.

During operation, the machine features fault indication and abrasive consumption alarm systems. It is suitable for continuous grinding and polishing of granite slabs. The conveyor belt and crossbeam speeds are both variable frequency drives. The grinding disc working pressure and slab grinding width are adjustable within set ranges to meet various needs. The equipment automatically recognizes the slab shape, and each grinding disc automatically rises and falls according to the identified shape, while simultaneously tracking and recording the grinding process. The entire machine is manufactured according to standardized specifications, achieving leading performance levels in China.
