Bridge type combination sawing machine

  This bridge-type combined stone saw features a cast iron bridge design, PLC programmable control, and a human-machine interface with multiple language options. It is equipped with an ultra-high precision rotary encoder for slicing, and the left and right blade movement is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing for speed adjustment based on the stone material. Hydraulic lifting is used for vertical movement, combined with chrome-plated guide columns and wear-resistant guide sleeves, ensuring a small clearance, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Multiple layers of seals within the guide sleeves provide waterproofing, dustproofing, and oil leakage prevention, extending service life. High-precision screw and nut drive enables automatic slicing. Key components utilize imported high-quality parts. Raw blocks can be placed directly on the ground, saving on trolley and maintenance costs. Therefore, it boasts advantages such as high cutting efficiency, high slicing accuracy, good flatness of cut slabs, high stability, and easy operation.

  The equipment also features an automatic lubrication system, and a windproof protective cover ensures its safety, adapting to the harsh environment of stone processing workshops. The transmission gears utilize an oil-immersed gearbox structure, increasing gear lifespan.

  This equipment is widely used in large-scale stone processing projects, especially suitable for architectural curtain walls, municipal engineering, and other applications requiring large-scale cutting processes. During operation, it can be equipped with 1-13 saw blades, increasing production capacity while ensuring the flatness of the slab
