Infrared bridge stone cutter

  The infrared bridge-type stone cutting machine adopts an advanced infrared positioning system, equipped with a high-precision grinding rack, and uses a high-precision encoder for slicing to ensure the cutting size error range. The equipment is equipped with a 15-22kW main motor, easily cutting hard stone materials such as marble and granite up to 280mm thick.

  The product features a specially designed spindle box with four bearings (front and rear), achieving the most reasonable ratio of cutting precision and service life among similar models. The side beam box structure, unique thickened wheels, eccentric shaft + adjustment disc allow for more precise leveling. A customized sealing design adapts to the dusty working environment of stone processing workshops. The worktable is made of thickened national standard 14# I-beams to meet the needs of large slab processing. Safety features include an emergency stop button, protective covers, and overload protection.

  This equipment is widely used in large stone slab cutting, fixed-length engineering slab processing, and irregular-shaped processing, and is particularly suitable for mass production in stone factories, building materials markets, and curtain wall projects. With its intelligent operation and stable processing performance, it significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs, making it the preferred equipment for modern stone processing.
