Bridge type combination sawing machine

  The bridge-type bidirectional stone cutting machine adopts PLC programmable control and a human-machine interface with multiple language options. It features a high-precision rotary encoder for slab cutting, frequency converter control for left and right blade movement (speed adjustable according to stone material), hydraulic lifting for vertical movement, and high-precision screw and nut drive for front and rear slab cutting. Key components utilize imported high-quality parts. Combined with a horizontal blade design, it can directly cut the base of the slab during cutting, eliminating the need for manual slab unloading and improving efficiency. The horizontal blade uses hydraulic feed, and the vertical lifting uses a guide column contact surface for better stability. Therefore, it boasts advantages such as high cutting efficiency, high slab cutting accuracy, good slab flatness, high stability, and easy operation, making it particularly suitable for cutting high-value granite and marble. A 360-degree rotating worktable can be added if required by production processes.

  The equipment also features an automatic lubrication system, and a windproof protective cover ensures its safety, adapting to the harsh environment of stone processing workshops. The transmission gears utilize an oil-immersed gearbox structure, increasing gear lifespan.

  This equipment is widely used in large-scale stone processing projects, especially suitable for architectural curtain walls, municipal engineering, and other applications requiring large-scale cutting processes. During operation, it can be equipped with 1-10 saw blades, increasing production capacity while ensuring the flatness of the slab
